KUMAR NEEDS A PLACE TODAY – PLEASE CALL 210-449-8529 THANK YOU! URGENT - IMMEDIATE FOSTER OR ADOPTER NEEDED! Kumar was being taken care of by a friend of a soldier while deployed. He got into a fight with their 1 year old Bull Mastiff while the humans were out to dinner. The human took Kumar to the shelter and he was about to be killed when I stepped up and had him evaluated. He was found to be incredibly sweet and loving. I arranged to have Kumar transported from AZ to San Antonio TX with the hopes that he would be reunited with his soldier. That didnt happen. The soldier mom decided that she was making the military her career and would not reclaim Kumar – he was already on transport to Texas. A foster was found in Texas but after 3 months, they were unhappy that he whines to be with his humans. Kumar is an absolute love bug and is a high energy 5 year old boy that is neutered UTD on all shots and heartworm negative. He needs to be an only dog. He has been OK with 2 female dogs, but I would be more comfortable if he was an only dog. NO MALE DOGS AND NO CATS. He is awesome with children – even crawlers. He knows basic commands but needs lots of work on his leash manners.
