KWARA ON LOCKDOWN FOR PRESIDENT GEJ The Commissioner of Police, Kwara State Command, Salihu Garba, has said 2,000 police officers would be deployed in strategic locations to provide security at the Presidential campaign rally of the President Goodluck Jonathan, in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital on Monday. Garba said 2,000 police officers have been deployed to ensure compliance to good conduct by the members of the public. Also, the Public Relations Officer of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Kwara State Command Abdulkadir Olanrewaju said the command had deployed no fewer than 1,500 of its personnel for Jonathan’s visit. To be President no be beans! If we had this kind of arrangement on ground the Chibok girls would have been safe in the first place!
