Kalenjins,we ought to love ourselves.... Nearly all the top positions being held by our brothers (Kalenjins) have not benefited us in any way. English is a national language,yes!but that does not mean wen you get your tribeman visiting ur office for an assistance the only language u can afford to use is this foreign language,why dont u create an enviroment through which this man can express himsellf freely n comfortable..Thats not the main point,my point is,why dont we emulate our brothers from the mountains,the Entrepreneurs.. Wen someone heads a department the entire tribe gets a lionshare of the appointments inside there, When someone is an army commander,two-thirds of the cadets training camp becomes members of one tribe. Let us ask ourselves,are we ready to work tirelessly n fearlessly to ensure our progress is equally enjoyed by the members of the community,thats the real meaning of life.
