Kampung Cenik nice family run traditional hotel, but they need to invest training the staff.The staff dont evev know what poach eggs is when I request one and they said only scramble egg for breakfast( forget customer service) they dont even ask if I want coffe or tea to go with my breakfast. I think all the employee is the wive (Indonesian) family from the village, they dont know what they doing, what a shame such nice place, I am not going to come back stay here The childs owner run around screaming , coming to my cottage and want to play with us..I am on holiday to get away from my children so I dont want to take care some one child thank you very much. ....
