Karens much beloved and my much tolerated (though secretly much loved) bunny, Money Bunny, died this morning. He lived a long 9+ years. I saved him and his brother from being dinner for a snake and Karen raised him into old age. Karen wanted a dog, but our apartment complex only accepted cats and bunnies. In return, he and his brother destroyed the carpets irreparable. He traveled with us from DC to Marina Del Rey and finally to our first house in Long Beach. He loved muncha munching and honka honking. He loved carrots and bananas. As a young bunny he used to eat apples right out of my hand. It was awesome to witness. And damn he loved Karen. And she loved him so much. So much. Ill doubt any human ever loved a bunny as much as she loved him. His death hit me harder than I thought possible for a smelly old bunny. He will be missed. RIP MONEY BUNNY.
