#Karnataka BJP has won one seat and leading in 17 seats, Congress in nine and JD(S) is two seats. BJP candidate Naleen Kumar Kateel from Dakshin Kannada won by a margin of over one lakh 43 thousand votes over the Congress candidate Janardhan Poojary. In 2009 BJP had won 19 seats, Congress 6 and JD(S) three seats. Key candidates leading at present are Union Ministers Mallikarjuna Kharge, Veerappa Moily and K H Muniyappa. Ananth Kumar from Bangalore South, former Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa from Shimoga, , Prahlad Joshi from Dharwad, Sriramulu from Bellary are the leading BJP candidate. The surprise trends is that of Mysore where the BJP candidate is leading over the sitting MP from Congress. In Mandya the sitting MP Ramya is trailing behind the JD(S) candidate. In Chikkodi, the Congress is leading over the sitting MP of BJP. Another surprising trend is from Udupi Chickmagalur where Shobha Karandlaje of #BJP is leading over the sitting MP from Congress Jayaprakash Hegde. #LSpollsResults #Elections2014 #PeoplesVerdict
