Katie Gallagher 2 mins I just got interviewed by Robert Hornacek from Fox 11 Investigates about the ongoing cell phone tower placement dispute in my neighborhood. We focused on the bigger picture...the fact that 12 to 18 months ago, a law was passed in our state of Wisconsin that bypasses the political process of Planning Committees, City Councils, forums and the public citizens say in where a cell tower can be placed and leased. In other words, NO ONE has any say in the matter WHATSOEVER anymore! This situation is getting bigger by the day...the fact that our own local government and citizens , because of this recent law, have NO say or input in these matters. Mr. Hornacek has an excellent reputation of getting to the bottom of matters such as this and I feel that this issue is going to inform the general public about what truly is going on, not only here in Wisconsin, but possibly across our entire nation! If nothing else happens because of this small local act of protest regarding EVERYONE having a say in the things that go on in our communities, well....at least now everyone will be informed as to what is really going on our cities and towns everywhere!
