Kaylynn went to our first Christmas party with friends tonight and she surprised me with how well she did! She didnt lash out from being over stimulated until she got home and then she just sat down and covered her eyes for a few minutes to help her unwind! she remained calm the entire party, although she hated the turtle neck shirt and kept trying to take it off so we took it off as soon as we go home! She also shocked me because she interacted with the other kids so much more than usual, usually the other two play together and Kaylynn just kind of wonders around them and does her own thing but today she actually played with them from time to time which is a huge step forward! I was proud of her behavior tonight and it was really a fun night!
