Ken Boehm of the National Legal and Policy Center reports for CNN - TopicsExpress

Ken Boehm of the National Legal and Policy Center reports for CNN on a charity called the Barack H. Obama Foundation, run by the President’s half-brother, Malik Obama. Boehm says he gave the IRS proof that the charity had claimed to be tax-deductible while fundraising for about three years, but had never even applied for that status. So the group rushed an application to the IRS. It was not only approved within a month, it was made retroactive for three years. The IRS official who did that? Lois Lerner. You know, it’s too bad she took the Fifth. Because I suddenly have a few more questions I’d like to ask her. Chief among them, “Whatever happened to the idea that the IRS is an impartial federal agency, not a branch of one particular politician’s reelection campaign?” For more of the Huckabee Report visit MikeHuckabee.
