Kendrick Recruitment are currently looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor for a 5 star Hotel on Cape Town’s Atlantic Seaboard. We are looking for a people focused yet technical and detail orientated team player who can work in a consistent and predictable pace and environment to supervise the Housekeeping Room Attendant Team. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OR QUALIFICATION: • Grade 12; but a Hospitality Diploma would be advantageous • Must have at least 3 years Housekeeping experience in a 4/5* Hotel of which at least one year at Supervisory level • Knowledge of a Property Management System at Operator Level; exposure to Opera advantageous • Presentable • Good command of the English language with solid verbal and written communication skills • Fluency in Xhosa and/or Afrikaans advantageous • Must be able to work shifts, week-ends and public holidays The salary on offer is R 7000 a month and includes contributions to medical aid and pension fund, staff transport, uniform and one meal per shift.
