Vacancy: CFO responsibilities and duties will be: • University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Management; • Management experience in Finance or related field • Experienced in Financial risk analysis and reporting processes; • Able to conduct senior financial relations and managing consultancy in financial matters; • To define strategies regarding financial resource management and to identify Strategic Budgeting; • Reports regarding the Companys consolidated financial and economic management, to make alerts and guidance; • To conduct relations with Banks and Financial Institutions; • To determine financial management policies and procedure; • Manage the financial reporting process (IFRS) • Cash flow, risk estimates, financial processes between group companies, to create treasury and cash strategies, organization and reporting processes, and to assure implementation; • Review expenses, rate and commissions regarding financial transactions; • To identify, measure and continuously monitor the risks that the Company may be exposed to; • To prepare annual plan and strategic working plan using periodic financial reports; • Budget limits and to follow budget request’s approval; • To enter to the active budget process; • To support the decision-making process by preparing presentations for senior management; • Ability to use LOGO program and MS Office; • Knowledge of IFRS • Able to use Financial Accounting Registration works; • Analytical and strategic thinking; • Solution-oriented and open to innovation; • Able to work under pressure, hard working.
