Kenya Police: Your vehicle, your CID personnel were used on Thursday to go arrest someone over a family fatina, as a personal favor. Family cases first stop is with the Area Chief, not the CID. The Area concerned is under Timau Police anyway, not Nanyuki. Is this CID duty ? When this same CID officer was called to investigate a break in, 1. He had no access to vehicle 2.
