Kevil, Ky. William (Bill) Frazier, age 78, died Wednesday, October 30, 2013, at 8:27 a.m. at Life Care Center in LaCenter, Ky. He was a faithful member of Spring Bayou Baptist Church where he served as deacon for many years. He retired from Kentucky State Department of Transportation and was a Standardbred Race Horse owner and trainer. Surviving are his wife of 59 years, Sue Moss Frazier; one daughter, Suzanne Bean (Chuck) and one son, Jeff Frazier all of Kevil; Three Grandchildren, Leslie Bean of Paducah; Jennifer Frazier of Kevil; and Jared Frazier of Murray; one Aunt, Hugh Anna Stevens of Paducah, and a host of cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Mildred Frazier and his Father and Mother-in-Law, Anderson and Mary Sue Moss. Funeral Services will be on Friday at 11:00 a.m. at Spring Bayou Baptist Church with the Rev. Terry Tipton and the Rev. Jared Hayes officiating. Interment will follow at Spring Bayou Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 5-8 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter and Friday morning from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time Friday at Spring Bayou Baptist Church. Memorial Contributions may be given to Spring Bayou Baptist Church Building Fund or West McCracken Rescue Squad 9340 Ogden Landing Road West Paducah, Kentucky 42086 Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter is handling arrangements.
