Kevin Callahan shared: "A while back I developed some health issues and went out of work on disability. Some of my problems included arthritis in the back, obesity, knees that are bone on bone and more. Unfortunately my health problems are the predictable result of poor eating, to little exercise and more. For some time, my daughter Michelle has been encouraging me to do a juice fast. Well I did 9 days for this first time. Oddly after the fast meat and eggs no longer tasted "right" to me. My wife an I enjoyed a delicious healthy vegan, gluten free dinner there tonight. Much to my surprise the vegan food tasted GREAT! Since March I had lost 47 lbs. Juicing I lost 9 more so I hit 56 lbs off. I will continue juicing for 1 to 2 meals a day and will and probably go vegetarian, if not vegan for the rest. Thanks for a great place to enjoy eating healthy! If you have health issues, please be open to change!"
