Kevin Finnestad (RTHS): I think John that we should just let democrats pave the way for us with their policy and decisions. Since they are so intelligent and have all of the answers, I think the GOP should just fold up shop. Ill give you examples. Under complete democratic control for two (2) years, we had a stimulus package passed and a health care bill passed that currently has cost us well over a trillion dollars alone so far. Seems to me that in the 2007-08 campaign we heard about income inequality, jobs, jobs, jobs, and a mounting debt of over $9 trillion that we had to cut. While cutting that debt, we were to close the gap on wage inequality and let ALL people have BIGGER piece of the pie, not just the rich and undeserving among us. Same approach to healthcare. The evil insurance companies were cutting policies or raising rates regarding needy sick people so we were going to reverse that trend and allow healthcare for everyone not to mention bolstering the economy with thousands of healthcare jobs and cutting premiums to each family! Sending jobs over seas was going to end as job creation here for the MIDDLE CLASS was going to explode and our economy was to rebound strongly. Housing for everyone, jobs for everyone who wanted one, quality healthcare was coming soon, and new green companies would pave the way for the future of America and provide jobs right here in America!!! Parents would no longer have to worry about feeding and clothing their babies and letting them get sick with no health insurance. Our growth would come from the middle out and our economy was ready to bust wide open. Wages would increase and the oceans levels would decrease and subside. Utopia!!!! We would have a government that is transparent, open, and honesty would be the focal point as well as following the constitution as to not allow anyone to sidestep that document or illegally govern the country like that evil [George W.] Bush did with power grabs from executive orders. Bush had the gall to try and run things himself without congress!!! Who would do such a thing?? And Bush was completely unpatriotic by accumulating all of that debt too!!! Bush dropped the ball on the fight on terror so a new world order would intelligently fight and end wars in the Middle East to spare lives and bring the world together in global peace!!! So with the GOP having just 1/3 control of the U.S. government for only about 4 years and democratic control was in place for the rest of the time for the total of almost 6 years, we should be at the top of our game these days!!! We should have that roaring economy to lead the globe in exports of products and unemployment should be the lowest in our nations history. We should have healthcare for everyone at a much lower cost too! Companies should be staying put so well ignore the 48 major corporate companies who have recently left America under democratic control due to high taxes and regulations. I am glad we have no more crony capitalism and really glad to see no unions are getting special deals from the WH like jobs or wavers to the ACA in return for votes. I am so glad these bad days are behind us!!! The peace we see around the world is a heaven sent miracle! No fighting or terrorism threats or attacks. No butchery or fog of war will ever leave us paralyzed again!!! And our education system!!!! With teachers unions and all the great public education kids receive, I would expect that our kids lead the globe in math, reading, and science! I would think that college kids come out of their programs and degree plans with job opportunities everywhere for them and that they have a great grasp on economic issues, the constitution, and American history!! Hail our public education system!!!! Thank God our borders are the most secure they have ever been in our history and that we do not allow criminals or potential terrorists and disease to cross into our country to endanger peoples lives and our pristine ecosystem. So we can all breath a sigh of relief knowing that democrats have been in charge of the economy, national security, healthcare, spending & debt, foreign policy, immigration reform, taxes and regulations either 100% of the time or 66% of the time for almost six years. The wage and income gap will be a thing of the past since democrats have had 6 years to close that gap and allow for fair living wages to abound!!! Whew...we can all sleep better tonight! And we can pay much less for healthcare and get any treatment needed by our own physician thank God! Praise democrats for this too!!! Companies are planting their roots in America from coast to coast as democrats have allowed for a business friendly environment to let growth flourish, to let people work, and to allow for incomes and wages to rise!!! We bow to the democrats for this amazing feat!!!! I am just glad we have two more years to go under this democratic president. With all of the respect he gets from other world leaders and countries now, in two more years the world will be at our feet to govern and rule!!!!!! Hail democrats!!!!! Of course John we cant forget the fact that Nancy Pelosi really has drained the swamp of corruption and cover ups in our system while Obama has brought the hope and change we all really needed over the last 6 years while negotiating constantly with the GOP. So gals that tacky partisanship is over with!!! We cant forget Harry Reid and his willingness to invite the GOP into conference and for stepping up his efforts to bring 340 GOP bills sitting on his desk up for a Senate vote. The best thing about democrats, is that they do nothing for political gain and they are the epitome of truth tellers and honesty!!! Where would we be with out the great Americans like Obama, Reid, Pelosi, and the democratic party??? I shudder to think of it!! _______________________________________
