Kevin Muhammad: We know Allah is One..But why is there so much - TopicsExpress

Kevin Muhammad: We know Allah is One..But why is there so much interchanging between I,Us and We? Rasul Muhammad: Do we? Dear brother Kevin Muhammad you bring up a very interesting point. Do you actually think everyone knows that GOD is One? Do you think the MUSLIMS know that ALLAH is actually One GOD? If we actually KNEW that there is but One GOD, We would NEVER be tempted, pulled or tricked out of our FAITH and TRUST in ALLAH! The Holy Quran in the Surah or Chapter entitled The Unity reads; Say HE ALLAH is One GOD. ALLAH is HE upon Whom nothing is independent but upon Who. We ALL depend. HE neither begets nor is HE begotten. And there is none like HIM! With all due respect my dear brother, WE DONt know that! This is why we have tenants to our belief and faith in ISLAM like prayer, charity, fasting and jihad (The struggle with the inner satan). We will know that GOD is One when we ALL have submitted our wills (Our hearts desires) to serve HIS by living a righteous life in obedience to HIS Will! In an unrighteous world, Satans aim is POLYTHEISM. The only cure for this mind set is hard trials that force men to seek refuge in ALLAH! Again the Quran reads; Do men think they will be left alone on saying they believe and not be TRIED? As for the other part of your question of why is there so much interchanging between I, Us and we? There are a couple of ways we could answer this; one being that we are all on different levels of understanding. However, ALLAH Says again in the Holy Quran that HE is the LORD of ALL the worlds! The Arabic word and attribute Of ALLAH Rab in one sense means LORD but also according to the Maulana Muhammad Ali translation of the Holy Quran, it translates as meaning the FOSTERER of a thing. Look at how intimately involved is ALLAH in the developing phases and maturation of not only man but the whole of HIS Creation! Because HE is so involved in HiS Creation, HE puts a degree of HIMSELF in EVERYTHING that HE has Created! So, everything reflects and bears witness to an aspect of HIM as CREATOR which justifies their existence! Say HE ALLAH is One GOD! Lastly, so true is the before mentioned, that when ALLAH is FOSTERING or GOVERNING a thing, Giving LIFE or Causing death, raising or sending Prophets and Messengers, HE ALLAH uses the plural term WE, US and OUR. Only when HE Judges does HE use the singular term I, like in the Holy Quran where it reads; I ALLAH am the best Knower! Or I am your Only Friend. This speaks to the humility of GOD even though NO associates has HE, this we are COMMANDED and we are of those who submit! We need to KNOW that HE is One GOD in many expressions. I LOVED your question! It inspired me to share from my greatest passion in life, ALLAH (GOD / DIOS)! Thank you brother Kevin Muhammad!
