Kevin tells me that he hasnt seen any of my Kickstarter posts, which makes me feel all flaily at Facebook. Sigh. But at least it makes me feel like less of a pest when posting them. If you could maybe like or share this, or comment on it, it might make it more visible to people? Facebook algorithms confuse me. For the Kriti Kickstarter, were trying to raise $3000, which will enable us to hire a professional videographer, and also bring out an agent and an editor to the festival. If you can help spread the word, that would be super-helpful. There are some fun rewards at the various levels (dinner with me and the Guests of Honor, critiques, tote bags and posters, etc.), but mostly, this is a great way for people to help support desi arts and literature. Right now, we have 9 days to go, and have pledged $695 out of $3000. The bulk of contributions tend to come in the last few days, but Id be happier if we were further along soon, especially since the way Kickstarter works, its all-or-nothing.
