Anti-Communist ideology was predominant in Korean society due to its unique historical backgrounds of Korea War and division. The anti-communist ideology had the power to change the people’s aspiration for democracy in an instant. Therefore, the military dictatorship fabricated rebellion conspiracy cases under the slogan of anti-Communism.
