Khách hàng của StartJobs tuyển : Accounting Manager Link startjobs.vn/tim-viec-nhanh/accounting-manager-796-2.html MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR * Guiding financial decisions by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems; and providing efficient, accurate book keeping and financial reporting. * Monitoring the Companys financial condition by conducting audits, providing information to external auditors and preparing budgets. * Overseeing the Companys compliance with federal, state and local legal requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements, filing financial reports, and advising management on needed actions. * Helping to recruit and build an in-house accounting and bookkeeping team working out of the Vietnam office; ensuring operational efficiency by coaching and developing employees; planning, monitoring and appraising work products. Yêu cầu khác WHAT WE NEED * BS in Accounting/Finance, CPA (or equivalent) a plus * 5-10 years experience in accounting/ financial controlling * Understanding and experience working with US and international accounting standards * Effective communication with various stakeholders (investors, auditors, tax authorities, consultants, etc.) * Ability to define and enforce quality standards across multiple offices around the world.
