Kia ora, Were pleased to announce that applications for the 2014 TeachNZ Graduate (Secondary) Scholarships for Tipu Whakarito Te Reo Māori me Te Waka Whakarei are now open. These scholarships are for people who are either proficient or fluent in te reo Māori, and who wish to work as a secondary teacher. The TeachNZ Graduate (Secondary) Scholarships cover compulsory course fees to study an approved Graduate Diploma of Secondary Teaching and an allowance of $10,000 for one year of study. We’d be grateful if you could forward this information, including the attached flyer, to those in your networks – to help TeachNZ ensure this scholarship opportunity makes it to the right people, and to help your own contacts reach students they believe would be strong candidates for this scholarship.
