Self Training at Goodlife 23/6/13 Triset #1 1) Weighted Dips 1 set x 5 reps x 7kg (warmup) 1 set x 5 reps x 10kg 2 sets x 5 reps x 12.5kg 2) Lying Tricep Ext 1 set x 10 reps x 4kg (warmup) 2 set x 15 reps x 5kg 1 set x 15 reps x 6kg 3) Push-ups (on toes) 4 sets x 10 reps x bodyweighted Triset #2 1) Chin ups 3 sets x 5 reps x bodyweighted 2) Barbell Bicep Curls 3 sets x 10 reps x 15kg 3) Cable Strict Bicep Curl 3 sets x 10 reps (ea) x 2 plates Notes: First time attempt at weighted dips... felt good. Triset that with extensions and push-ups and your arms feel the burn. Was 100% in the game today and was a little unwell, but still felt good to train!
