Kick Ass Circuit training with Boxing Fitness Training! Every Tuesday is circuit training and tonight was no exception... This time with an Old Skool twist! First time around all 9 exercises 40 seconds a piece as usual, then a 15 rep race, 9 exercises as fast as possible. Wide arm press ups, sit ups with a twist, burpees, close grip press ups, leg raises, alternate squat thrusts, bench dips, sit ups and star jumps. Here are your timings.
