It decided that taking into account the previous two chairs of C.D.F in Kiharu came from mugoiri and wangu regions, and taking into account area M.P (a critical member of the committee) comes from wangu and township, in adherence to the principle of regional balance the chairman seat should go to Gaturi and treasurer to Mbiri. The chair of the executive committee was given to Mugoiri. Thank you
