Kind of a disappointing visit. After hobbling in there, getting ex-rayed, poked and prodded, at first they thought it might be my hip but the ex-rays didnt show a fracture. Since I was hobbling along looking pretty much like a question mark in motion, the doctor thought I just might be in some pretty good pain. No joke, Jake. Pretty much think its a pinched nerve BUT . . . theres always a BUT of one kind or another. BUT, just to be sure theres not a hairline fracture, the doc thinks I need a bone scan. BUT on the way home, I remembered that I forgot to tell them about the hemangioma on the lower right lobe of my liver. Every time I see a new doc they go ape over this huge discovery - a non-cancerous tumor that the Mayo Clinic diagnosed back in 86. So, I left a message saying, BUT I dont want to do that, if thats what hes worried about instead of my hairline. This would be my third round of nuclear imaging in a period of less than 10 years. No thanks. BUT waiting to hear back. ITM, its back to being drunk, stupid and useless with Hydrocodone and Gabapentin. My concerns about Rx addiction rate about a minus three. If it kills the pain, go for it. Physical therapy to begin as soon as decision is made re nuking my body yet again. The worst thing is that part about missing Bo. : ( Oh, and not being able to clean house. LOL.
