Kind of reminds me of counseling. Sometimes it breaks my heart to see the youth I work with struggle, but I stand on the sidelines and cheer them on with encouragement. I know what some of them may need to do, but them seeing it and doing it is the key to their success. It is never about the counselor but the client. How amazing and great it is to see their achievements and rejoice with them after the stumbles and falls. Its heartwarming much like this. :) I know my coworkers feel the same. God bless each of you.
