Kitty is a sweetheart of a dog. He was resisting the vet tech as she tried to push him from the back and through the door into the room where we were waiting to greet him, but as soon as he heard my voice, he ran over like he recognized me as the most trustworthy person in the world and flopped down belly up at my feet. It was a bit of a struggle getting him in the car and then from the car to the house since hes not used to being collared and leashed, but I got the feeling he wanted to be cooperative but was just so scared. I wound up mostly dragging him inside by his upper body. Hes comfortable and relaxing in his bed now after having some antibiotics and painkillers wrapped in peanut butter.
