LATEST UPDATE PLEASE SHARE: Our first classes with Pete Davies took place today. Please, as a reminder, he is only a stand in trainer and has not received the same training, or induction, or insight into Real Commando Training as his predecessor. Pete has kindly stepped in at a difficult time, so that you guys can continue training at the Centre. We hope you enjoy these classes, and feedback so far has been good. This brings us to the next issue. FINANCIALLY, to simplify everything, we are going to start afresh, and refund everyone, so that we can start on a level playing field with the new management and trainer/s. EVERYONE WILL NEED TO DO THIS, as we are simply not able to deal with the requests that have been made over the last few days for individually specific options. It makes sense for us to manage this process by issuing refunds to everyone. This will give everyone the option to choose what they want to do in the short term. Long term, we of course will continue and aim to have the signature of the new trainer very soon, with the final details maybe even being confirmed this evening. In order for us to refund everyone, those of you who paid via Eftpos, will need to confirm the details with Joe and he will refund you. Those who paid cash, please also inform Joe. As we have not been given any financial records for cash by the previous trainer, you may understand our need to confirm the cash payments, so we can match payments to the packages that we believe have been purchased. We believe we can sort this and again ask for your patience. Please email Joe at [email protected] with your details for a full refund. The temporary timetable will continue, and we are going to run these classes, on a cash only basis. Each class is going to be $10 regardless. We are also considering the numbers attending at the moment and taking into consideration that we see tis short term solution only being for a couple of weeks. If you dont want to come to the classes over the next 2 weeks while we solve the situation, that is fine, but as we need to refund everyone, and also pay for the stand in trainer, this we feel is the best way to move forward in the short term. We understand that some of you have paid for a July package and some of you have paid for other options. All we want to do is give you the options to choose in the short term, while we bring a new team in to take over the role of continuing the journey for RCT and you.
