LDDS COUNSELLORS CORNER! CASE 15 The attitude of the landlady suddenly changed even before the naming ceremony as if she wasnt happy with the arrival of the new-born baby. This made Shola and her husband to approach her with meekness and plead for forgiveness if they had offended her in any way. Since then, any thing they offered the landlady she immediately reject which is not how she behaves before. Sis Shola decided to produce at home the liquid soap she was taught how to produce during a youth workshop programme in church. After packaging it, she decided to share it with the landlady and co-tenants, this landlady rejected it immediately. Wife: Could it be the issue of calling our former pastor to drive us to the hospital the night we delivered this baby that is still hurting the landlady? Husband: But weve apologised to her many, many times after you told me she rejected the food you gave her after the naming ceremony Wife: She kept on saying, we ought to call her rather than calling an outsider to drive us to the hospital. That was why she wasnt present at the naming ceremony Husband: What should we do now? This landlady is very difficult to please Wife: Maybe I should just leave her and stop giving her anything again?
