LEGS ARE ON FIRREE workout!! (I have crazy hair and no makeup😮 #sorry) Squat lunge-15 reps each leg Cherry pickers-15 Skater hops-1 min Weighted side lunge-15 reps each side Box jumps-1 min Pulsing sumo squats-40 reps Stair squats (or regular jump squats)- regular jump squat do 15 and stair squat go however far up the stairs or bleachers go, and walk back down. Going to do this 5X. Your legs will be on fire, burning, hurting, and you will be sore the next day! But thats good! Its a good kind of hurt! Try and do this workout 3 X through! These are your fat burning muscles! You will burn lots of calories, and get that heart rate up! You will even burn more afterwards when you get weight involved :) hope your not waddling the next day Let me know if you did it, and what you thought!
