LESSON OF LIFE! A Woman shared this pathetic story with me and I just felt the need to share it so that we can learn the benefit of Patience! She was engaged to a Young Pastor who at then, was still in Bible School, and the engagement lasted for 6 years, until she called it off! The Young Pastor was poor and begged her to give him One more year, to save money and marry her because he was madly in love with her, but she refused, looking at his poor financial state. The Lady rushed off to marry a Rich Guy who she met just 6 months earlier, and they had a wonderful Wedding but a very Bad Marriage! After about 12 years, she divorced the Rich Guy, who abused her in the Marriage and treated her like a slave! She enquired about the poor Pastor and was told that he was now a Big time Minister of God based in the US; with a Great Marriage and Ministry that even aired programs on Satelite. Each time she watches his programs or listens to his messages, she weeps; knowing that this was the Man she should have married! LESSON:..... Patience is a Virtue! Single Ladies listen, dont run after already made Men! Never despise a Mans little beginning! Dont marry for Money or Fame, rather marry for Potentials! If God is leading you, then there is a Better tomorrow waiting for you. All that glitters in not gold! Not all long term engagements are bad! God may be taking time to prepare a better person in you so that you dont hurt your Spouse and Kids! In Gods calender, delay is never denial! Never quit a relationship you cherish in anger! Youll regret it later in life! I PRAY THAT GODS GRACE WILL GRANT YOU YOUR HEART DESIRES IN JESUS NAME!just TYPES AMEN!
