* LEVELS IN NECK NODES * ¤LEVEL I - Submental (Ia) and Submandibular (Ib) lymph nodes. ¤LEVEL II - Nodes in the upper deep cervical region ( from base of skull to hyoid come and from lateral margin of sternothyroid to posterior margin of sternomastoid muscle ) ¤LEVEL III - Nodes in the middle cervical region (from hyoid bone to omohyoid muscle ) ¤LEVEL IV - Nodes in the lower cervical region ( from omohyoid muscle to clavicle ) ¤LEVEL V - Nodes in the posterior triangle including supraclavicular region. ¤LEVEL VI - Nodes in the midline ( pretracheal and prelaryngeal ) ¤LEVEL VII - Nodes in the mediastinum.
