LHS students in AP Chemistry made Cooking with Cabbage videos. After red cabbage leaves are boiled, molecules called anthocyanins are extracted. When the anthocyanin molecules are added to solutions with different pH levels, the solution changes color depending on whether the solution is an acid or a base.
