LIKE THIS STATUS IF YOU FEEL ITS UNFAIR THAT CAR OWNERS ( especially female) GET RIPPED OFF AT AUTO WORKSHOPS! I have just finished work for a WOF work on a female friend of mines car, WOF Failed on low brake shoes and pads, low brake fluid, further inspection by myself revelled that rear shoes need adjustment only 4mm material left. Front pads 5mm meat left over all four minimum and brake fluid being 2mm under the full max mark and 23mm above min mark. all this found and the r/h front shock was collapsed and sagging the front end was not pointed out when the whole car obviously was OTP. Also failed front tyres which she had replaced immediately and had a wheel alignment carried out. The technician did not notice with all his fancy laser guided machine that the wheel alignment was out due to the absolutely F&^ked front shock and carried on with the alignment, even if he/she did notice the shock it was not mentioned to the customer, Now I have fixed the faults and im goin to the top to make sure her wheel alignment is corrected free of charge (because the shock should have been replaced before a wheel alignment carried out) and the WOF inspector is getting a visit too, IF YOU HAVE HAD SIMMILAR PROBS LET PEOPLE KNOW, MIGHT SAVE YOU $$$$$$ THIS JOB SAVED MY CUSTOMER OVER $200 IN UN NEEDED PARTS THAT A WORKSHOP WOULD HAVE FITTED TO SNATCHH HER HARD EARNED CASH
