The concert was held as a part of the Welcome to Humanoid City Tour on 12th April 2010 in the Mediolanum Forum Arena in Milan, Italy. The CD and the DVD were released on 20th July 2010. The studio version of the song is the 4th song on the English Humanoid album. Next to the regular team the boys worked with another person: Guy Chambers. He is a 51 years old English producer, musician and songwriter who wrote and performed his first song when he was 11. He already worked with lots of famous singers and groups, e.g. Andrea Bocelli, Diana Ross, Tina Turner, Tom Jones, Robbie Williams, Eros Ramazzotti, Nicole Kidman, Kylie Minogue, Melanie C, Anastacia, Example, James Blunt, The Wanted, Monrose, Kerli, Hilary Duff, Natasha Bedingfield, Brian McFadden, Busted, Matt Pokora, Armin van Buuren, David Archuleta, etc. Guy Chambers also worked on Pain of Love on the Humanoid album (and of course on the German versions of the songs, too). Theres a music video of the song, for the video the boys made some changes on the song. They put the video version to the World behind my wall single. Unfortunately the Tokio Hotel Vevo still didnt upload the German version of the song to youtube. The German song didnt release as a single. World behind my wall won an award on 1st September 2010 on the Rockbjörnen Awards in Sweden in the Foreign Song of the Year category. The single of the song won an award on 12th December 2010 on CMA Awards in Germany in the Best Single National category. On the concerts of the tour where the boys played the German setlist, they played the German version of the song Lass uns Laufen. A dal német változatának nem jelent meg kislemeze. A World behind my wall díjat nyert 2010. szeptember elsején a svéd Rockbjörnen Awards-on A legjobb külföldi dal kategóriában, valamint a kislemeze december 12-én a német CMA Awards-on a Legjobb hazai kislemez kategóriában. A turné azon koncertjein, ahol a német dallistát játszotta a banda, a dal német verziója, a Lass uns Laufen hangzott el.
