Napoles, wearing a bullet-proof vest, faced the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee flanked Justice Secretary Leila De Lima and lawyers from the Public Attorney’s Office. This is also the first time Napoles will meet his nephew and former aide Benhur Luy, and other whistleblowers in the alleged P10-billion scandal.
