LOL ok lost footage of chest day!! I recovered It finally! Ok pyramid this Is what I did for those who asked! 225 for 20, 275 for 15, 295 for 12 and 315 for 10!! Dumbbells 70 for 20, 80 for 15, 95 for 12 and 110 for 10! Pyramid up and back down no rest we go back to back! Machine flies 4 sets of 25 and cables same thing! A ton of reps going heavy!! Shots out to Officer Bryan Wynn for joining us!! Cutting for 8 weeks straight Its gonna be a BEAST!!!
