Looking for large 3/4 bedroom house in a coastal or rural location. House comprises of large lounge with large downstairs cloakroom. Large kitchen dinner at back of house leading to fully enclosed large garden with 6ft surrounding fence & shed, large newly laid patio area at top of garden. Upstairs has 2 large double bedrooms and a large single room (not a box room), with large bathroom with bath and power shower. It would be difficult to find a better location for living than Sherfield Park. Sherfield Park has grown into a thriving community with cycleways and footpaths weaving throughout, enjoying local rural beauty and accessible rolling countryside. Residents and visitors make good use of the new play area and leisure facilities. Must have an enclosed back garden, ideally would like rural setting but open to other areas. Just ask, it cant hurt!
