LOOKING FOR THE EXPERT DREAMERS My name is J.P. Monfort. I am traveling throughout UGANDA looking for the Expert Dreamers, able to imagine a dream future for UGANDA. If you are a Dreamer who loves and a lover who dreams you may be a candidate to join the Strategic Team of Expert Dreamers in UGANDA. UGANDA is going through a severe crisis where the current governance is incapable of moving the country forward in a direction of prosperity. The country needs a new direction with a new leadership away from the decadence and obsolescence of the current governance paradigm. We need Experts able to identify the current and ongoing challenges the country is going through. We also need Dreamers, able to imagine, to create a better future, a wonderful destination that awaits us somewhere, sometime in a long-distant future. However we need to change our mindset. Only if we are ready to leave the current dynamics shall we be able to take off the Journey of Our Lifetime. We need to embrace enthusiasm and proactivity, we need to start a phenomenal episode of prospective creation in which we choose to be bold, to say why not instead of why, in which we embrace a risk-taking attitude. Nothing will change however if we continue to think that demonstrations and demands on a sinking establishment will lead us to a better future. This attitude sinks us as society in an inaction trap while impunity continues to reign among those to be made responsible for the current drift. We are however all responsible for a possible change, if first individually and then as a society we embrace new principles. Decemland is about designing new principles and putting them into operation to once and for all target a dream society and begin the journey to reach it during our lifetime. It will not be easy but it will be a worthy adventure.
