Can work for a Percentage of Revenue Generated A marketing professional, with experience in Digital Marketing and Social Advertising, Ad Networks, Lead & Traffic Generation & Brand Promotions. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: • Manage all areas of Advertising and the development of a core marketing strategy. • Strategizing & Monitoring digital marketing campaigns. • Conceptualize, plan and execute social media campaigns. • Managing a small team of Content Strategy and SEO Team and helping them out in creating and curating content for all campaigns. • Able to suggest Changes and Upgrades, new applications and assigning tasks to the staff and workout on reports. • Engage and manage clients and customer community online. • Grab New affiliations, clients, vendors, markets. • Strategizing & Monitoring Online marketing & Social media campaigns for all deals across India and generate at least 100,000 unique users per month and acquire at least 2 million users in one year with 40% engaged users SKILLS REQUIRED: • Experience with (SEO, PPC, SMO and SMM, Affiliate marketing (CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL), Email Marketing & others. • Proficiency in effectively utilising social media by Engaging and Managing across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google +, You tube, Pinterest and Instagram. • Solid experience with Google Analytics and ROI Calculations. • Experience with blogs, forums, comments, complaints, live chat, etc. • Previous experience working in a start-up and entrepreneurial environment is a huge plus.
