LORD VINDICATE ME FROM FALSE ACCUSATIONS đIsaiah 54:17 No weapon that is fashioned against you shall succeed, and you shall confute every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord and their vindication from me, declares the Lord.âđ It reads in đProverbs 6:19 ⊠a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers.đ This is just part of the passage of Proverbs 6 that expresses six things that the Lord hates. One is a false witness. What is a false accusation? Itâs a claim that somebody has done something illegal or wrong that is not conforming to facts or truth. In order to make claims, one must have proof or know the truth about someone and their character. Itâs not a good feeling to be accused of something you didnât do and take upon yourself the judgment, repercussions and sentencing unjustly. Like those incarcerated unjustly for something they havenât done. There is nothing more one who has been falsely accused would desire than to be vindicated. In such times, we must know that we do not have to always defend ourselves. Why? Because God is in the vindication business. The Lord declared it!! What we must do in response is pray for those who wrongfully accuse us because those people are dealing with issues and feel they have to assassinate characters and lie to make themselves look better and also because they simply are blinded to the truth. đProverbs 11:9 With his mouth the godless man would destroy his neighbor, but by knowledge the righteous are delivered.đ Deliverance is coming so let the Lord fight those battles and know that âNo weapon formed against you shall prosper.â We can expect there to be false accusations against us as part of our trials and tribulations. Remember, Jesus too was falsely accused, but He did not say a word. Why? Because He knew what was to come, His death and resurrection, would speak louder than any words He could utter. Thank you Jesus for showing us that we have VINDICATION AND VICTORY. We are truly blessed. đMatthew 5:11 âBlessed are you when others revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account.đ
