All those that appear are hugely popular and easily recognizable faces (singers, actors, football players, TV stars, cooks.... even a well-known retired politician - an ex-President of Congress, no less), and many of the phrases are personalized and directly related to whoever says them. All of them have been guests at El Hormiguero in the past. The overall message remains open and is not easy to summarize in a few words (and even less in English... and for me, a limited English-speaker), but could be something like Think positive, enjoy life, be brave, and dare to make a change!.
