I must admit I had two after dinner when I made them, just couldn’t resist. it is so light, fruity and delicious. If you like low fat desserts, this recipe is for you. You can also use full fat crème fresh and full fat yogurt if you wish. It is so quick and easy to make, takes about 10 min in total and serves 4 people. You will need: 1 medium mango 2 passion fruits 300 gr of mango, passion fruit yogurt (you can use any exotic yogurt or natural yogurt, but if you do make sure to add more icing sugar. 100 gr of low fat crème fresh 1 tsp. of vanilla extract 1 tbsp. of icing sugar 4 tbsp. of sugar (this will be used at the end to caramelize them, can use less or more) To make this yummy dessert you need to do the following: Step 1 : Peel and Cut mango in half. Cut one half of mango into small pieces and then fill the pots Step 2 : Mix yogurt, crème fresh and icing sugar. Add vanilla extract and cut passion fruit in half and add the seeds into the mixture. Mix it all together. Step 3 : Layer the mixture into 4 pots. Step 4 : Decorate the pots with remaining mango Step 5 : Sprinkle some sugar on each pot and place into grill for about 3-5 min. If you want sugar to get really brown, add more sugar to each pot and let it grill for longer. Step 6 : Take out of the grill and chill for about 30 min. Step 7 : Serve and enjoy!
