{LOWER AB BLAST} - over the mountain L Leg - over the mountain R leg - toes to sky - sitting in and out abs - starfish plank knee touches L (go to knee for modification) - starfish plank knee touches R (go to knee for modification) - alternating leg V-up - scissor kicks - horizontal scissor kicks - tick tock (lie on back, legs drop left, center, right, center, down, center - thats one rep! Keep back flat on floor!) Do each move 20x Repeat round 2x Remember... you cant get six pack abs on an ab workout alone! Make sure you do something like this on top of your cardio and hiit workouts!
