Perez The Mayor elected last Nov. 4th, Sam Liccardo expressing his feeling about Veterans Day but also, he made the comment about the deployment of 1,500 troops to Iraq again. For many families are very hard to see their children to be deployed overseas as Iraq. Over there is a hostile war among the iraquies against the Islamic people concentrated also in Syria. Also, There were Counsel member Rose Herrera also a Veteran, Sam Liccardoss wife Jessica Garcia ( First Lady of the City of San Jose), Pierluiggi Oliverio, Santa Clara Countys Supervisor Dave Cortese and Veterans Officers of the U.S. Armed Forces. Many youngsters marched for all the people in San Jose City and also for people in Santa Clara County. People enjoyed The Veteran Days Parade. little more than two hours were marching, youngster from different schools, veteran from all branches, Veterans associations and also Korean and Vietnamese soldiers Veterans with South Vietnam Flag (Yellow color with Red Stripes ). Boy scouts and cheerleaders and also Musical Bands as Ida Price in Campbell and San Jose.
