Labour just dont care.... POPULATION COULD ROCKET BY 20MILLION IN 50 YEARS Net migration – the increase in the population attributable to immigration each year – remains over 200,000. Official projections say that if high immigration rates continue the UK population will increase by 20million over the next 50 years and 29million over the next 75 years. This is equivalent to adding a city the size of Birmingham to the population every 2½ years. The dependency ratio – the proportion of pensioners compared to those of working age – will be 50½ per cent by 2087 with net migration of 225,000 a year. It is currently put at around 54 per cent. The higher the ratio, the more that working people must pay to support the old. Cutting net migration to 50,000 a year would only raise the ratio 3½ percentage points. This would be a small price for not having to deal with an extra 20million in population growth. Immigration added 3.1million people to the population between 1991 and 2012, most of it after Labour came to power in 1997. Do you want to make a difference..... A political Party who listen to you; putting the people of this country first, who answer the questions that are put to them with integrity and honest, who really care about Britains future.... is there such a party you may ask....Yes, that will be UKIP - you know that it makes sense!
