Ladies and Gentlemen, We are excited to receive your SITs today and look forward to training your Sons/Fathers/Husbands/friends in the upcoming cycle. We will do everything we can to transform these men into INFANTRYMEN, but It will not be easy for them and not every man will overcome the challenges ahead of him but those who prove themselves will earn the right to be an Infantryman. Their physical, mental, and emotional transformation will become very apparent upon seeing your SIT for the first time after Infantry OSUT. Look forward to the days ahead because, although challenging being away from your loved one, the transformation you will see is well worth the wait. Just a few things to be aware of: - Read all notes before sending messages or posting on this page and be aware of the rules and regulations that we have to abide by in this environment - We will be posting the C/2-19 Welcome Letter in the next couple days which will outline events with the company such as graduation and turning blue. It will be in the notes section. - Allow around two weeks for mail to be received/delivered. We must go through more channels than a typical post office and understand that your SIT may not always be in the position to receive mail or send mail (in the field training). They will receive it as soon as possible. - Understand that your SIT will be busy during the next 14 weeks and will not always have time/energy to write letters every night and phone calls are very limited in this environment. - Most importantly, our well trained cadre will take good care of your SIT and will do everything they can to train him in the skills he needs to know in order to fight and win on todays modern battlefield.
