Ladies and gents, on Sunday 22nd September, Tim Maynard and I will be taking part in a 5km endurance swim as part of TEAM HEADSTRONG in aid of Jack Warner and to raise funds for the intensive rehab he requires. This is the start of a massive 8 week intensive fundraising effort to help increase the funds he needs for continued professional therapy. Thank you to all that have already been kind enough to donate to the fund, for any of you feeling charitable, please help us to raise as much as we can. The 5km swim takes place in the morning, but if anyone is prepared to double their pledge, I will also run a half marathon in the afternoon for the cause. All you need to do is add double when you pledge. Jack would like to thank you all for your continued support, he is working so hard mentally and physically to recover and your support goes a very long way towards this. As I said, this is the start of a massive 8 week fundraising campaign, which also includes a golf day, the royal parks half marathon and 270km endurance challenge.
