Lady came in with box dyed hair, wanted a perm. Claims theyve been perming over her color for years. FYI thats not good, hair can break off. I asked her to sign a waiver stating that the perm could damage your hair to a point I would not be able to fix. I just needed her to sign it so the company knew I spoke to get before her service about it..... she doesnt even look at it and claims I dont know what Im doing and proceeds to take shots at me as though I didnt know how, like shes going to egg me on into doing it.... seriously? Seriously how old are we? She got up and left because I refused to continue without a signature. Either someone was not doing theyre job when they did her hair, or she was lying.... I just will not put my name on a service I know from the get go can go sooooo wrong.
