Lagging body parts, everybody has a muscle group that doesnt seem to grow or respond as well as others, for example chest, so lets look at some ways we can aid growth in this area, well look at two today, prioritise, to prioritise the area you think you are weak in, say upper chest, hit this first and really target it to bring it up to the rest of the muscle group. 2, pre- exhaust, many times a person has or thinks he has worked to failure on chest when in fact his triceps have failed, leaving the chest reasonably fresh, a way round this, remembering to leave your ego in the locker is to perform all your fly, peck deck and cable work first, this will hit the chest but leave the triceps fresh, so when you go to your pressing and go to failure it will be your chest not your triceps that hit hypertrophy!!!
