Lahori Dahi Phulkiyan for phulkies: 1 cup Gram flour 1 pinch baking powder ½ cup water 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp zeera oil for frying For yoghurt sauce: 3 cups yoghurt 1 cup cubed boiled potatoes ½ bunch of coriander leaves ½ bunch of mint leaves 4 green chillies 1 onion sliced 1 tomato copped 1/2 tsp chat masala 1/2 tsp black paper powder salt 1 tsp how to make phulkies: Now make a fine paste with all ingredients of dahi phulki and keep aside for 15 mins Heat oil on medium flame, take one useless palstic cover of any continuer and make small finger size holes. Using hand pour paste from cover carefully and fry them till golden brown. Take out phulkiyan on kitchen paper and let cool for a while then sock in water till soft then drain all water. For yogurt mixture grind coriander and mint leaves, green chillies and make paste. mix all spices onion tomato, potatoes, green paste in yoghurt and add phulkian inside. serve cold.
